Scott Rossow

As iModerate’s General Counsel, Scott brings expertise and experience in both the business and legal arenas.

Scott is a veteran of Fortune 500 companies that specialize in communications and software. Beginning with the AT&T tri-vestiture, he has helped shape the acquisition, contracting and sales process of companies such at Lucent Technologies, AT&T and Verizon Wireless. Formerly a Senior Advisor to the Chief Information Officer at Lucent Technologies, Scott has managed multi-million dollar software sales and consulting agreements with Kenan Systems Inc., IBM, Fed Ex and Versign. He was also recently a private consultant to Verizon Wireless on matters of network acquisition, contracting and local number portability.

Scott holds a B.A. from George Washington University and a J.D. from New York Law School.
