Step 1
Respondents begin by taking an online survey, programmed by any vendor, as they normally would.
Step 2
At a pre-determined point in the survey, our software connects the respondent to one of our moderators using an interface similar to instant messenger.
Step 3
The user snapshot appears on the moderator’s screen giving the moderator demographic, behavioral and attitudinal data about the respondent that was previously captured in the survey.
Step 4
The question-answer session, typically 13-17 minutes in length commences, and our moderators probe deeply on key points.
Step 5
Upon completion of the qualitative session, respondents enter back into the survey to answer the remaining questions.
