Description

This position is integral to the daily operations of iModerate. Employee ensures that from a sample and programming standpoint, all project milestones are met in a timely fashion. Position requires attention to detail, strong analytical thinking skills, and the ability to interface with a diverse audience ranging from vendors to corporate clients.
 
This position is responsible for the following key responsibilities:

Sample Management

  • Developing and managing a sample plan with the sample vendor for the project. This includes:
    - Identifying how the project will be sampled by the vendor
    - What the sample requirements will be given the iModerate parameters
    - Addressing any potential issues that could impact iModerate’s ability to generate the requisite number of chats during the shifts allocated to the job
  • Upon the study going live, managing the sampling process in tandem with the vendor to ensure the sample plan is not only adhered to but effective
  • Coordinating with the vendor to ensure that all respondents who participated in sessions are adequately incentivized
  • Maintaining positive relationships with a large variety of vendors 

Programming Oversight 

  • Testing to ensure that variables pass correctly between the survey platform and iModerate’s software
  • Testing quantitative surveys for accuracy 

Project Management

  • Monitoring projects that are fielding from a flow perspective and parlaying progress back to the Project Manager and Qualitative Specialist affiliated with project
  • Ensuring that any issues are immediately identified and the appropriate remedies applied
  • Communicating with the internal team regarding project progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years experience in online quantitative market research (supplier or client side)
  • A thorough understanding of online sampling and the primary providers preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a creative eye to identify opportunities and craft an appropriate operational solution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • A willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Supreme organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple clients and projects at any given time
  • Solid computer skills including MS Office and other business-related software systems
  • Attention to detail a must
