




Vice President, Client and Moderating Services
Jennifer Drolet is head of the Client and Moderating Services department at iModerate. Jen was part of the founding team, and helped to develop the methodology and approach that serve as the backbone of the company's online research solutions. Her years of experience in all facets of client service, support and management have helped her successfully service iModerate's growing client base. In addition to her departmental responsibilities, Jen is integral in the development of new products and services, and plays a major role in ensuring iModerate's continued growth and development. Jen was formerly a proposal consultant with BI Incorporated and Bayswater Consulting Group where she worked with clients to develop effective, winning proposals. Her duties included managing multi-million dollar proposal responses to local, state and federal requests for proposal. Prior to working as a proposal consultant, Jen worked for Thomson Financial in London where she focused on the development of the Transaction Services Group's international investment banking relationships in Europe. Before working at Thomson, she spent two years directing corporate research projects for Penn, Schoen & Berland, whose clients included the Clintons and Microsoft. Jen received her bachelor's degree from Colby College in international studies and German. She also holds a master's degree from the University of Denver in global trade, finance and economic integration.
