Description
This person will be primarily responsible for the programming of web surveys using a third party software package, as well as the integration of our proprietary online qualitative software. Programmer is responsible for multiple projects at any given time and works closely with a variety of departments to ensure project success. Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Specific Responsibilities
- Programming online surveys
- Integrating web-based chat sessions into online surveys
- Ensuring programming accuracy
- Consulting on design
- Coordinating programming timelines
- Managing inputs from Client Services and Technical Operations departments including reviewing questionnaires and study specs and giving programming recommendations to ensure client's expectations are being met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in information technology, marketing, business, social sciences, related field or equivalent
- 2-3 years work experience desired
- Previous experience with web or CATI programming or data processing is a PLUS
- Experience in market research a PLUS
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software systems
- Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external clients
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects within an established and frequently non-negotiable timeframe
- A good sense of humor
