Joan Rinaldi

Director of Technical Services

Joan Rinaldi is Director of Technical Services at iModerate Research Technologies. She is a vital part of the operational arm of the company, bringing over 10 years of fieldwork management experience to the team. She joined iModerate in 2006 and currently oversees quality control, sampling and programming for all research studies.

Joan began her career working in market research at Penn, Schoen, and Berland (PSB) during the 1996 presidential election. While at PSB, she worked in every facet of the organization, including telephone interviewing, hiring and training of other interviewers, focus group recruitment, sample management, programming of quant surveys and project scheduling. Subsequently, Joan was involved with the development and management of Innovative Survey Research, a field facility in Denver, providing both R&D and programming assistance.

Joan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Kent State University and a master’s degree in political science from Purdue University, where she focused on public opinion and statistics.
