Carl RossowCo-Founder Carl Rossow is a Co-Founder of iModerate and has more than 15 years worth of industry experience as a researcher and technologist. In addition, Carl is a Co-Founder of Benenson Strategy Group, a leading strategic research and consulting firm. Carl is responsible for developing the methodology, platform, infrastructure and technology on which iModerate is built. Always on the cutting edge of research solutions, he has developed both on and offline real-time research methodologies for everything from ad testing to tracking studies. Prior to iModerate, Carl founded Innovative Survey Research, and was a Vice President at Penn, Schoen and Berland where he pioneered the use of computer assisted personal interviewing in the malls. Over his tenure in the industry, his expertise in research methods and desire for creating and implementing research technologies has helped Fortune 500 companies, prominent organizations and heads of state. |

Adam RossowVice President, Sales and Marketing Adam heads up all of the sales and marketing for iModerate, bringing over a decade of experience to the table. Adam has been a core member of the iModerate team since the company's inception, and has helped shape the iModerate brand as well as the product lines. Adam brings a strategic, integrated approach to sales and marketing, ensuring that both departments work in tandem to deliver relevant and effective solutions to the marketplace. A veteran public relations and integrated marketing executive, Adam previously worked at Dan Klores Communications and G.S. Schwartz and CO., both located in New York City. At both firms he spearheaded media relations, integrated marketing activities, strategic planning and general communications for Fortune 500 companies as well as prominent celebrities and business magnates. Adam earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and majored in communications. |

Gary ZuckerVice President, Sales As Vice President of Sales, Gary Zucker is responsible for developing new business opportunities for iModerate. Gary has 20 years worth of sales and marketing experience in various industries including online market research, Internet advertising, database profiling and television. Most recently as Vice President of Client Development at Greenfield Online, he educated market research companies on the benefits of online data collection. Prior to joining Greenfield Online, Gary was Managing Sales Director at Engage Technologies where he established an initial presence for a new Internet advertising and profiling software platform. Before jumping into the Internet arena, he spent six years working with cable television companies to deploy and market their latest programming technologies. Gary holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder. |

Christine TchoumbaSenior Director of Client of Services Christine Tchoumba is iModerate's Senior Director of Client Services. Christine oversees iModerate's projects and is responsible for ensuring that our clients' needs are met. Christine has been conducting strategic research for over a decade. Prior to iModerate, she was Senior Project Manager at Benenson Strategy Group, a leading strategic research and consulting firm, where she managed and designed successful research projects for corporate and political clients. Well versed in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative techniques, Christine’s extensive research background includes moderating focus groups and online sessions, as well as developing online and telephone quantitative polls. She has managed and analyzed projects for clients in a wide range of industries including media/entertainment, telecommunications, financial services, political and many more. Christine graduated from Connecticut College with a B.A. in international relations. She later earned her master's degree in international political economy from the University of Chicago. |
